KukuLayer（库库贴）隐私政策
KukuLayer 是一款本地运行的人物素材管理与非破坏性图层合成工具。本政策说明 App 如何处理你主动选择的照片、创作项目、购买状态与本地诊断信息。
1. 照片、人物素材与项目
你选择的照片、人物抠图、Alpha 蒙版、项目文档、项目缩略图和导出图像均在设备本地处理。它们保存在 KukuLayer 的 App 私有空间中，不会上传至开发者运营的服务器。
- 只有你主动使用 Apple 系统照片选择器后，KukuLayer 才会读取你选中的照片。
- 只有你选择“存储到照片”后，KukuLayer 才会请求向系统照片图库写入导出图像。
- 只有你打开系统分享面板并选择目标后，导出内容才会发送至你选择的 App、服务或联系人；该目标后续如何处理内容由其自身政策决定。
2. 购买与 Pro 权益
月度订阅、年度订阅和永久解锁均由 Apple StoreKit 与 App Store 处理。KukuLayer 仅在设备上读取 Apple 提供并经验证的交易与权益状态，用于判断 Pro 功能是否可用。开发者不运营购买服务器，也不会收到你的完整支付卡信息。Apple 对购买信息的处理受 Apple 的隐私政策与服务条款约束。
3. 分析、广告与跟踪
KukuLayer 不包含开发者运营的分析服务、广告 SDK 或跨 App 跟踪。App 不出售个人信息，也不将作品内容用于广告画像或模型训练。
为帮助你判断本地处理效果，App 可在私有空间中保留不含照片、人物姓名或项目名称的本地性能诊断记录。除非你主动在支持沟通中选择分享，否则这些记录不会离开设备。
4. 保存期限与删除
本地内容会保留在设备上，直到你删除单个内容、使用 App 内“删除全部本地数据”，或从设备移除 KukuLayer。你此前保存到照片图库、Files 或分享至其他位置的副本由相应位置管理，不会随 KukuLayer 私有数据一起删除。
5. 儿童与他人照片
KukuLayer 是创作工具，不面向儿童收集个人信息。编辑或分享他人的照片，尤其是儿童照片前，请确认你拥有适当许可，并避免公开不必要的个人信息。
6. 政策变更
如果未来版本加入账号、云服务、分析或其他新的数据处理方式，我们会在发布相关版本前更新本政策和 App Store 隐私披露。

KukuLayer Privacy Policy
KukuLayer is a local-first people-asset library and non-destructive layer compositor. This policy explains how the App handles photos you select, creative projects, purchase status, and local diagnostic information.
1. Photos, people assets, and projects
Photos you select, person cutouts, alpha masks, project documents, project thumbnails, and exported images are processed on your device. They are stored in KukuLayer's private App storage and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
- KukuLayer reads a photo only after you select it through Apple's system photo picker.
- KukuLayer requests permission to write an exported image to Photos only after you choose Save to Photos.
- Exported content is sent to another app, service, or person only after you open Apple's share sheet and choose a destination. That destination's own privacy practices then apply.
2. Purchases and Pro entitlement
Monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. KukuLayer reads Apple-provided, verified transaction and entitlement status on the device only to determine whether Pro features are available. The developer does not operate a purchase server and does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple's privacy policy and terms govern Apple's handling of purchase information.
3. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
KukuLayer does not include a developer-operated analytics service, advertising SDK, or cross-app tracking. The App does not sell personal information or use your creative work for advertising profiles or model training.
The App may keep local performance diagnostics in private storage to help you assess on-device processing. These records do not include photos, person names, or project names and do not leave the device unless you explicitly choose to share them for support.
4. Retention and deletion
Local content remains on your device until you delete individual items, use Delete All Local Data in the App, or remove KukuLayer. Copies previously saved to Photos, Files, or another destination are controlled by those locations and are not deleted with KukuLayer's private data.
5. Children and other people's photos
KukuLayer is a creative tool and does not intentionally collect personal information from children. Before editing or sharing another person's photo, especially a child's photo, make sure you have appropriate permission and avoid disclosing unnecessary personal information.
6. Changes to this policy
If a future version adds accounts, cloud services, analytics, or another new data practice, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
